How to use the recall center

  • Start with the official notice, not a summary page. Match the exact product description, lot code, and package details.
  • Brand and product links on Dog Food Buyer are catalog aids. They help you move from a recall record to the affected brand or recipe pages, but the FDA notice remains the source of truth.
  • If this page shows a delayed source check, do not treat a “no recall” state as reassurance until the next successful sync completes.
